Cancellation Policy
From 1st of November 2023 we will be implementing a cancellation policy.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any penalty up to 48 hrs prior to your appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card held on file. If the value of your confirmed appointment is less than $100, 50% of your booked service will be charged.
In the event that you do not show up to your appointment, the above will apply plus any amount up to 70% of the value of the booked appointment will be charged to the credit card held on file.
Booking Policy
From 1st of November 2023 we will be asking all our existing clients to provide a valid credit card which they have authority on to be held securely on their file via Square (our merchant and booking service provider).
New Clients – In order to confirm your appointment a valid credit card which you have authority to use must be provided at time of booking. The card details and your details will be held securely against your profile via Square (our merchant and booking service provider).
No shows/Late Arrivals
A 15 minute grace period will be provided. Thereafter we will do our best to accommodate you but there are no guarantees. Your service/s may be reduced or cancelled by us. In the event we cancel your services because you arrived late and we were unable to accommodate you or you did not show for your appointment, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.
New Client Colour/Chemical Work
We ask that all new clients are open, honest and transparent about any previous colour and/or chemical work done to their hair and/or scalp. We will do our utmost best to explain the process and consequences of any potential chemical reaction that may arise from our services but in order to properly advise you, we need to know your hair history. Failing to disclose this will result in a poor experience and may cause severe injuries. We cannot and will not be held liable for any injuries/poor results that may arise from non-disclosure of the above.
Management Disclosure
These policies can and will be applied at management’s discretion. If you engage us to complete any services that we provide you accept all of the above policies, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them and done so at your own free will.
We do not hold any paper or electronic copies of your credit card details besides what is entered and held securely on our merchant service provider servers (Square) under your profile.
We hold any right to change or amend any policy at our absolute discretion and at any time without notice.
